After decades of yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, and “starting over” every Monday, I knew something had to change. That’s when I stopped chasing quick fixes and started focusing on what actually works: mindset, self-awareness, and healing the emotional patterns behind our food choices. Now, as a certified obesity medicine specialist, wellness practitioner, board certified nurse practitioner, and health coach, I help people just like you break free from guilt, shame, and toxic food cycles — and build a relationship with food that feels calm, confident, and sustainable.
